What are your store hours?
We are normally open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm EST. We are closed on holidays
Do you offer same-day service?
Typically we do not offer same-day service, but it does depend on the issue. We work from of a first-in, first-out policy. The sooner you drop it off, the sooner we can look at it and get it back to you.
Do you fix printers?
As a rule no. But we might be able to help, depending on the issues you’re having. Always call us before you attempt to bring it in.
What should I do if I get hacked or have a computer virus?
If you get hacked, stop using your device immediately and bring it to us. We will attempt to save as many of your files as we can and perform a wipe and redo setup of your device.
For virus activity, we run our clean-up tools on your device. In the worst-case scenarios, we save your info and redo your device setup.
Do you make house or office calls?
Do I need an appointment to bring in my computer for repair?
No, just bring in your device.
For desktop computers, all you need to bring in is the tower. (Your cables, monitors, keyboards, and mouse are not needed.) If it’s an all-in-one computer with a built-in screen, we ask for the power plug.
For laptops, be sure to bring in the charger. We do not need your laptop case.
Also, if you are having a problem with a specific device (ex. computer speakers aren’t working) please bring in that device.
Do you serve businesses?
Yes, we do. We help many local business and nonprofit organizations around Kokomo.
Do you work on tablets and phones?
Yes. We have a contractor who works in house. Her schedule is limited so call before you come.
Do you repair video cards?
No. We only sell and install video cards.
